Delivery:
RK Furniture does not offer free delivery. The delivery charges are based on your postcode.
We aim to arrange delivery for your online order within 4 days of purchase, depending on stock availability and the delivery address.
Furniture delivered has to paid prior to delivery into the customer's premises
We will try our best to meet the delivery date, however there may be times where we are unable to do this and your confirmed delivery date will be different. We would advise you not to make any plans to accept your delivery, for example booking time off from work, until we have confirmed the date with you. If you will not be available, please request a different delivery date as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before the planned delivery date by speaking to a customer service representative at RK Furniture.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery timeslot or date. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
Fulfillment of all customized orders take approximately 18 - 20 weeks.
RK Royal Design & Furniture is not liable for any delays caused by Canada Rail or Canada Customs.
On customized orders, all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are 50%. The outstanding amount is due upon arrival of goods, prior to pick up.

Changes TO ORDER
As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment process goes into motion. All sales are final. If already ordered, cancellations will not be accepted.
If orders are not picked up within 2 weeks, the goods are returned to the warehouse, and the client is responsible for all delivery fees.
All Deposits are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
RK Furniture takes great pride in the products we sell and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If the goods delivered have factory defects and you would want to make a return, please contact and call one of our customer service representative within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
It is the responsibility of the customer, after opening the package, to check for any defects and report the defect immediately before assembling. Reporting defects after the unit has been assembled will not be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return any defective item to the store.
Accepted returned Items may be exchanged. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit in the same amount.
Store credits cannot be applied to clearance items.
RK Royal Design & Furniture is not responsible for any scratches or damages incurred on the item while opening the packaging with a cutter, scissors or any sharp tools.
Exchanges are not permitted after 24 hours.
RK Furniture does not have a refund policy.
All floor model sales are as in & final sale. Returns & exchanges are not permitted.
